Pegge Hopper is an American artist who lives and works in Hawaii. The subjects of her work are the beautiful wahine (women) of Hawaii. Pastel and tropical, each of her paintings evokes the warm stillness of island life. She has never worked with models, each of her paintings is an imaginary character inspired by the beautiful women she meets.
